Review before purchasing
Credit packs are one-time purchases. The selected pack, currency, price and total credits appear before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire and do not create a recurring subscription.
Unsuccessful generations
Credits are reserved when a generation is accepted. A confirmed unsuccessful generation releases its reserved credits. This is a credit adjustment to the original balance, not a card refund.
Pending or delayed results
A request that is still pending is checked for completion. Refreshing the page or losing the connection does not cancel an in-progress provider request. Check the original generation status before submitting a new request.
Purchase refund requests
Email [email protected] with the order identifier and a description of the issue. Refund eligibility depends on credit usage, the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds are applied to the relevant order and its remaining entitlement.
Unavailable checkout
If purchasing is disabled, selecting a pack does not create an order or charge you. No transaction exists until a checkout is created and payment is confirmed.
